[City of Cleveland] Animal Volunteer Waiver

I fully understand that neither the Cleveland-Bolivar County Animal Shelter nor the City of Cleveland or any of its employees or entities are responsible for any exposure to or contraction of any infectious diseases or illnesses, such as COVID 19, while volunteering for the shelter or on its premises. I understand that all reasonable measures are to be taken to protect against exposure including the expectation of myself, other volunteers, the public, and the employees to wear face coverings and maintain adequate social distancing. I also understand that failure to abide by current COVID 19 regulations can and will give employees just cause to terminate my volunteer status indefinitely.
